We experience emotional, natural, and spiritual distress in different ways such as sadness, anxiety, physical ailments, addictions, anger, over achievement, unproductive obsessions, unwanted compulsions, repetitive self-sabotaging behaviors, and the list goes on.

My desire is that we are healed naturally, spiritually, and emotionally. As we grow and mature into who we are, the transformation will occur when we are healed. 

Through self-analysis and awareness, we can renew our mind in the Word of God.
